• developed the core methodological principles for forming a modern forest policy and forestry functioning under free-market economy;
• developed recommendations on improving a regulatory framework to manage forestry under current conditions;
• developed basic methodological principles to work out economical standards as well as introduced such standards for forestry production;
• developed methodological recommendations on how to define a potential productivity of forest lands and level of their efficient usage;
• developed methodological recommendations on economical evaluation of forests;
• worked out methodological range of tools on how to design optimum multifunctional models of administrative and economical activities in forest enterprises;
• developed several recommendations on economical efficiency of forestry and wood enterprises, recommendations on defining an optimum organisation and production structure of the management in a forest enterprise under current conditions;
• developed recommendations on how to finance expenditures in forest enterprises under current conditions as well as regulations aimed at improving economics and organisiton of Ukrainian forestry.
