The Kharkiv Regional State Administration discussed the steps to increase the forest area in Kharkiv Region

The issue of preservation and reproduction of forests in Kharkiv Region was the subject of a meeting chaired by Mykhailo Cherniak.
The topic of the meeting was the implementation of the decree of the President of Ukraine "On some measures for the conservation and reproduction of forests." In particular, the issues of inventory of forest resources on the territory of communities and identification of self-afforested and suitable for forest establishment land plots in Kharkiv Region were discussed , as well as the need to develop and approve the regional program Large-Scale Afforestation of Kharkiv Region.
